Wet Lamination Film Process

With the advancement in technology, wet lamination to the products via cutting-edge & quality based films has turned user friendly process. End users enjoy a flexible process of laminating their products and protecting them against scratches, damages or dust. Along with this, indulgence of modern scale graphic designing on these lamination films is a new innovative accomplishment. It has empowered the companies to introduce their products in the marketplace in more impressive ways.

Wet lamination is easier and less time consuming process. Therefore, it is amongst one of the preferred methods. Though, both dry and wet lamination processes take place through smooth cylinder roll but wet lamination process is less complicated and more effective.

Lamination doesn’t take place without adhesive bonding between two or more films. The process of Wet Lamination Film generally includes application of liquid adhesive on one part of the lamination film, which is later dried with heat and powerful air blows. The second part of the film is laminated by using heat compression.

These films offer mirror gloss transparency and are heat sealable completely. These films are strongly resistant to UV rays and flames. Both the sides of these wet laminated films are corona treated and offer soft touch while used for packaging. While packaging products on a large scale, companies look forward to such products they can completely rely upon. This brings wet lamination films in limelight.

Their final finish is glossy and smooth. This turns them perfect for digital graphic designing embossing or printing the information about company. Hence, companies use these products for better packaging solutions. Moreover, these films are known for their flexibility and excellent adhesiveness features. They are designed to provide versatility in packaging process.
